With pleasure, we inform you about the project made by the Azienda USL of Parma, the Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria, the Centrale operativa unica 118 Emilia-Ovest and the Municipality of Parma together with CSV Emilia, Consorzio di Solidarietà Sociale and 23 Territorial Associations and Cooperatives, among which ANffAS Parma.
By going to our secretariat (or to the community point of the Ospedale Maggiore), you can fill in a module to adhere to 118 personalised services designed for emergency situations that involve people with disabilities and/or their caregivers.
In fact, thanks to the information which will be then transmitted to 118 operational headquarters, when the need arises to call an ambulance for the person with disability themselves or their caregiver, operators will be informed in advance about the individual’s specific needs.
