On 3 March 2009, the Italian Republic ratified the UN Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities and established the‘National Observatory on the condition of persons with disabilities. Today, 15 years have passed and we, ANffAS Parma, wish to remember this milestone by wishing ‘good luck’ to Barbara Voghera, one of our associates. May this be useful to make us remember about the importance of promoting, protecting and ensuring that every person has the full guarantee of human rights which belong to every person as such.
