On March 3rd, 2009, the Italian Republic ratified the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and established the National Observatory on the condition of persons with disabilities. Today, 15 years have passed, and we at ANffAS Parma want to commemorate this milestone by sending our best wishes to one of our members, Barbara Voghera. May this serve as a reminder of the importance of promoting, protecting, and ensuring the full enjoyment of human rights for every individual, as inherent to all persons.
