INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (hereinafter GDPR), the Anffas Parma-OdV Association informs you of the following:

PURPOSES AND METHODS OF PROCESSING

The data processing is carried out exclusively for the pursuit of the Association’s purposes, as provided for in the Statute, and in particular for the maintenance of the Register of Members, for the conclusion of any insurance policy, for the sending of summons and communications.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

The Association processes your personal data lawfully, where the processing:

is necessary for the performance of a contract (such as the Association contract);

is necessary to comply with a legal obligation of the Association;

is based on the express consent (for example, sending newsletters).

SCOPE OF KNOWLEDGE; COMMUNICATION, DISSEMINATION, AND PROFILING OF DATA

The following individuals may become aware of your data as data processors or authorized to process the data:

Executive Councilors, Administrators;

Secretary offices;

employees and associates;

For the exclusive pursuit of the above purposes, the data may be communicated to public bodies, other associations, insurance companies, […].

DATA RETENTION

Your personal data, subject to processing for the above purposes, will be kept for the duration of the Association relationship and subsequently, for the time in which the Association is subject to retention obligations for tax purposes or for other purposes provided for by law or regulation.

NATURE OF THE OBLIGATORY OR FACULTATIVE NATURE OF THE CONFERRAL OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF A POSSIBLE REFUSAL TO RESPOND

The conferral of data is optional, however, the failure to confer prevents the completion of the Association relationship.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Among the rights recognized to you by the GDPR are:

The right to obtain from the Association, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the correction or deletion thereof or the limitation of the processing relating thereto or to object to the processing (Art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation).

The right to revoke consent at any time, limited to the cases in which the processing is based on your consent.

The right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority – www.garanteprivacy.it.

DATA CONTROLLER

To exercise the rights under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016, it is possible to contact the Data Controller. The Data Controller of personal data is the Anffas Parma-OdV Association, located in Parma, via Max Casaburi 15, tel. 0521-261393. The Controller can be contacted by email at the address segreteria@anffasparma.it. The Controller has appointed a data protection officer, Ms. Castelli Andrea Anita, in the role of secretary.
